Our Shipping Policy:
We ship via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders generally ship within 2 business days, provided the items are in stock at the time of purchase. Items that are not in stock are ordered directly from the manufacturer, and normally ship from the manufacturer within 3 days. Some speciality items as well as items on back order may take additional shipping time and you will be notified in such a case.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from RedSkyRadio.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Sales Tax
SALES TAX is only applied to California Addresses. Customers purchasing from RedSkyRadio.com who reside outside of the state of California will be exempt from paying sales tax.
